  • 900g 31⅞ oz Apricot(s) ripe
  • 1⅜kg 3 lb White granulated sugar (we use Silver Spoon) White granulated sugar
  • 125 125 Apple pectin

The Method Enter Bake mode

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Stone and cut the apricots into small pieces, and crush thoroughly, do not peel the fruit.

    • 900g 31⅞ oz Apricot(s) ripe
  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Put the fruit in a pan with the sugar, heat gently stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.

    Bring quickly to a full rolling boil and boil rapidly for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

  4. Classic mode Step 4

    Remove from the heat and stir in the apple pectin.
