For lots of us, (including 60% of our Baking Mad team) we cannot eat eggs. This can make it problematic when baking. This video shows you some easy substitutions you can make so you can still have your cake, and indeed eat it!
We've used aquafaba, which is essentially whisked up chick pea water. We've used apple sauce, any brand- it doesn't matter. We've also used a crushed up medium sized banana for one and some flax seeds for another.
