How to Flood Fill Emoji Biscuits With Icing

Decorating your biscuits with fun designs couldn't be easier, all you need is icing sugar, water, food colouring and these three simple steps. Try out your new piping techniques on these adorable emoji biscuits and share with your friends.

Method

  1. Bake your biscuits and allow to cool. Mix water and icing sugar together to a thick texture and colour with food colouring. Fill a piping bag with half of the icing sugar and pipe around the rim of your biscuit design.

  2. Add additional water to the remaining icing sugar to loosen and fill another piping bag. Pipe the icing into the centre of the biscuit.

  3. Once  the icing is fully set, pipe the additional decoration to the biscuit.
