Ingredients

For the syrup

  • 50g 1⅞ oz Truvia granulated sweetener Truvia granulated sweetener
  • 2 2 Lemon(s) sliced
  • 1 1 Orange(s) sliced
  • 300g 10⅝ oz frozen British Summer berries
  • 350ml 11⅞ fl oz Water cold

For serving

  • Sparkling water
  • Cucumber
  • Mint leaves

The Method Enter Bake mode

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Place the Truvia®, sliced lemons, orange and berries in a large saucepan and pour over 350ml cold water.

    • 50g 1⅞ oz Truvia granulated sweetener Truvia granulated sweetener
    • 2 2 Lemon(s) sliced
    • 1 1 Orange(s) sliced
    • 300g 10⅝ oz Berries
    • 350ml 11⅞ fl oz Water cold
  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Bring to the boil, stirring often, then leave to cool for at least 1 hour, or overnight to let the flavours infuse.

    Pour through a fine sieve, pressing down with a spoon to extract all the juices.

  4. Classic mode Step 4

    The syrup can now be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  5. Classic mode Step 5

    To serve, pour about 2 tbsp into a tall glass and top up with sparkling or still water, ice and garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves.
