  • 75ml 2½ fl oz Elderflower cordial
  • 4 4 Gelatine leaves
  • 525ml 17⅞ fl oz Water
  • 4tbsp 4tbsp Water

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Place the cordial in a jug and top up to 600ml with the cold water.

    • 75ml 2½ fl oz Elderflower cordial
    • 525ml 17⅞ fl oz Water
  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Soak the gelatine leaves in 4tbsp cold water for 5 minutes until softened. Heat 150ml of the elderflower cordial mixture in a small pan.

  3. Classic mode Step 3

    Remove the gelatine leaves and add to the warm elderflower, stir until dissolved, then stir into the cold elderflower mixture. Pour into glasses and aloe to set in the fridge f or 3-4 hours.
