By making the feta, you not only have an interesting contrast of warm, salty cheese and a crisp, fresh salad, you are also infusing it with the heat of chilli and the aromatic tastes of garlic and oregano. It might sound odd, but a drizzle of sweet and the floral honey as you serve the baked feta over the salad would add something truly special."
Preheat the oven to 200'c (180'c fan).
Place the feta in a small baking tin and sprinkle with the chilli, garlic and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
Place all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and toss together until well combined. Season the salad with a little salt and pepper.
Arrange the salad on a serving platter, arrange the baked feta on the top and serve.
