If you are watching your weight but still want a treat, try these delicious low fat, low sugar biscuits. This recipe makes 20 biscuits, 113 calories per biscuit.
Pre heat the oven to 190°C (fan 170°C, gas mark 5). Line two baking trays with baking parchment.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well until smooth. If the mixture is a little soft, chill it for half an hour.
Roll out the mixture on a floured work surface then cut the mixture into rounds with a biscuit cutter.
Bake the biscuits for 10-13 mins until lightly browned then allow to cool completely. They will keep for 3-4 days if stored in a air-tight container.
