Why not try making this plum jam, perfect for breakfast or tea.
Wash the plums well. Stone them and chop finely.
Place chopped plums and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for ten minutes. Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for ten minutes
Add Certo to the pot and cover immediately. Pour into sterilised pots and use sterilised lids. Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within two weeks.
