It's not just meat that you can grill on the BBQ, this delicious dessert is a great way to finish a summer BBQ with friends or family. Dip your fruity kebabs and toasted brioche into a rich toffee sauce for a true taste sensation.

Method

  1. Put all the fondue ingredients in a saucepan set over a high heat and boil for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly, until it has thickened.

  2. Thread the fruits on wooden skewers. Sprinkle with caster sugar and grill on the barbecue for about 3-4 minutes until just scorched and tender. Toast the brioche for a few seconds each side on the bbq and serve with the fruit and toffee sauce.
