This Billington's dessert is the perfect thing to make after dinner. We've used Billington's light and mild honey which adds a sweetness without refined sugar. Put the cream and mascarpone into a bowl together and whip until it forms soft peaks. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in.
Serve in dessert bowls and dress with baked figs and pistachios and an extra drizzle of honey. Use immediately or keep chilled.
