Method

  1. Step 1:

    Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan. 

  2. Step 2:

    Add the flour, seeds and yeast and set your bread maker to the gluten free setting with the dark crust

Ingredients

  • For the Bread

    • 4 tbsp Toasted Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
    • 400ml Water
    • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
    • 4 tsp Vegetable Oil
    • 2 Medium Eggs
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Silver Spoon Caster Sugar
    • 500g Allinson's Buckwheat Flour Blend
    • 1/2 tsp Xanthum gum
    • 1 1/2 tsp Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast
