This is the best low-carb, keto pancake recipe we've tried. This keto pancake recipe doesn't have traditional flour and sugar, it contains substitutes making it ideal for keto followers. We've topped our keto pancakes with butter and a little honey.
Method
Step 1:
Measure out all the ingredients and add to a bowl. Whisk together until smooth. You're aiming for a typical pancake batter).
Consistency
If the batter is too thick, add a touch more milk.
Step 2:
Heat a little oil in your frying pan and allow the pan and oil to heat. Drop the batter onto the hot pan and form into round pancake shapes. Cover and cook about a minute or two until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook another minute or two until browned on the other side.
Step 3:
Repeat this process until you've used all the batter. You should be able to make around 6 pancakes with this recipe.

- 85ml Unsweetened almond milk
