About the bake

This Billington's dessert is the perfect thing to make after dinner. We've used Billington's light and mild honey which adds a sweetness without refined sugar. Method

  1. Step 1:

    Put the cream and mascarpone into a bowl together and whip until it forms soft peaks. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in.

  2. Step 2:

    Serve in dessert bowls and dress with baked figs and pistachios and an extra drizzle of honey. Use immediately or keep chilled.

  • For the Dessert

    • 150g Mascarpone cheese
    • 100ml Double cream
    • 4 tbsp Billington's rich & dark honey
    • 1 tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste
    • 1 Lemon zest (of 1 lemon)
  • For the Topping

    • 4 Fresh figs
    • 30g Pistachios
    • 4 tbsp Billington's light & mild honey
