These mini chocolate egg moulds are designed to allow you to create your own mini chocolate easter eggs, perfect for cake decorating.
Although it looks complicated, it's actually simple to do:
Simply spread a thin layer of melted chocolate (dark, milk or white chocolate) into the mould, place upside on greaseproof paper and leave in the fridge for 5 minutes until the chocolate has set.
Repeat the proces until you achieve the desired chocolate thickness.
The chocolate egg halves will pop easily out of the mould when the chocolate is properly set firmly.
Stick both halves together by gently warming the edges of each side until ever so slightly melted and then firm together and allow to set! Then there you have it - your very own Easter egg that you can fill with goodies as a suprise treat or decorate on the outside!
