When baking with extracts, your cakes and bakes will be infused with the rich flavour of the extract, which should be more noticeable than the subtle, synthetic flavours of essence or flavourings. The use of extracts can upgrade your baking to become a real show stopper.

Choosing a good quality extract will give a wonderful flavour impact to your baking as you will only need to use small quantities meaning you can get more usage out of one bottle of extract. Cheaper extracts however may be diluted or less concentrated and therefore a greater quantity will be required to match the flavour.
