You can freeze bread dough after mixing and kneading. When you want to use the dough again allow it to defrost at room temperature, for the same amount of time as your first proving.   If the bread dough has been  risen and shaped it can also be frozen; when ready to use just allow to defrost in the fridge, then bake. Always cover the dough with a thick freezer bag, double layers of cling film or double bag it.
