Use flat, dull, heavy metal baking sheets with no or very low edges in preference to dark coloured trays with lips. Line your baking tray with non-stick greaseproof paper to reduce sticking. Once the biscuits are baked leave them to cool on the tray for 5-10 minutes to allow them to firm up before moving to a cooling rack. This will help prevent any breakages or sticking.
