Ingredients

  • 100g 3½ oz Butter (unsalted) diced
  • 300g 10⅝ oz Dark chocolate broken into squares
  • 3tbsp 3tbsp Golden syrup (we use Silver Spoon)
  • 140g 5 oz Gluten free digestive biscuit(s)
  • 100g 3½ oz Mini marshmallows
  • 300g 10⅝ oz Gluten free chocolate bar(s)
  • 100g 3½ oz Glac√© cherries
  • 100g 3½ oz Nuts

    Place the chopped up chocolate, diced butter and syrup in a pan and gently melt over a low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
