"A desertspoonful takes a lot longer than 10 minutes to bake to a nice golden brown. It also needs more than 1inch allowance to spread out. only twenty this size too. so next time I'll use 2/3rds of spoon. The biscuits are really delicious Just too big!"

Bakingmad: "The beauty of these biscuits are that you can change the size depending on your preference. If you are baking for longer than the specified bake time, keep an eye on your biscuits in the oven to prevent them becoming too crispy! Biscuits like to spread out when baking so try to leave as much room as you can on your baking tray to avoid creating one giant biscuit! Happy Baking!"

"I agree with the previous review in that a smaller amount of mix is needed for these biscuits. They taste pretty much the same as shop bought anzac biscuits and so I think the 1 star rating was really harsh! I will definately be making these again :o)"
