Why not try this Mixed Fruit Jam recipe, its easy to make and it's so tasty, it will leave you wanting to make more!
Method
Step 1:
Soak the dried peaches in 300ml of water for at least 4 hours.
Step 2:
Peel and core the apples and pears and cut into slices. Put in a pan with the peaches and 75ml water.
Step 3:
Cover and simmer gently until tender (approximately 15 minutes).
Step 4:
Add the sugar, stir until dissolved.
Step 5:
Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.
Step 6:
Remove from the heat and stir in the apple pectin.
Step 7:
Skim if necessary. Pot and cover in the usual way.
