Wholesome White Loaf Ingredients

450 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
1.50 tsp Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
1.50 tsp Salt
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
3 tbsp Sunflower Oil
225 ml Water Warm

How to make Wholesome White Loaf

  1. Put the flour, sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl.
  2. Mix to a soft dough with the oil and water.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. method tip
  4. Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
  5. Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
  6. Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. method tip
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. method tip
