Brighten up your breakfast with this indulgent sweet treat of vanilla infused french toast made with soft brioche. Breakfasts will never be the same again.

Method

  1. In a shallow bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar, milk & vanilla

  2. Soak the brioche for approximately 30 seconds on each side.

  3. Cook on a hot buttered pan until it is cooked throughout.

  4. Serve dusted with icing sugar and with a selection of fresh berries.
