Brighten up your breakfast with this indulgent sweet treat of vanilla infused french toast made with soft brioche. Breakfasts will never be the same again.

  1. Step 1:

    In a shallow bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar, milk & vanilla

  2. Step 2:

    Soak the brioche for approximately 30 seconds on each side.

  3. Step 3:

    Cook on a hot buttered pan until it is cooked throughout.

  4. Step 4:

    Serve dusted with icing sugar and with a selection of fresh berries.


    • 4 Brioche (slices)
    • 2 Large free range egg(s)
    • 100ml Whole milk
    • 1 tbsp Billington's Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract
    • For dusting Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
    • A handful Fresh berries
