How to Shape Bread Rolls

There's nothing like freshly baked bread rolls. The great news is you can make more than just your basic loaf. Sarah Cook shows you how to shape rolls before putting them in the oven in this helpful video.

Method

  1. Divide into a number of rolls

  2. Cover the pieces while you shape each one

  3. Shape by tucking under to create a smooth top to the dough

  4. Press down, rotate to even dough ball

  5. Repeat the process for each roll and place on baking tray
