- 1 1 Small Avocado
- 180g 6½ oz Dark chocolate
- ½tsp .5tsp Vanilla extract (we use Nielsen-Massey)
- 20g ¾ oz Coconut desiccated
- 20g ¾ oz Cocoa powder or use cacao powder
The Method Enter Bake mode
Classic mode Step 1
Melt the chocolate, stir in vanilla and avocado and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm (about an hour)
Classic mode Step 2
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Place coconut and Cacao in 2 separate bowls ready for rolling.
Classic mode Step 3
Use a teaspoon to scoop balls of the chocolate mixture. Roll into even sized balls. Roll in topping, place back on cookie sheet. Chill until ready to serve.
