Perfect to serve with Christmas pudding or mince pies.  Why not try adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to this recipe for extra festive spice.

Method

  1. Cream the butter until light and fluffy then add in the icing sugar.

  2. Beat in the brandy. Chill until required. Remove from the fridge about 1 hour before serving.
