I’m a little confused about the sugar amount. How can 100g of sugar be half a spoon? Or am I’m missing something?

    Hello,
Half Spoon is our brand of sugar,
Half Spoon contains granulated sugar mixed with a small amount of sweetener making it 50% fewer calories than regular sugar. For baking, use half the amount of Half Spoon than the quantity of sugar stated in the recipe. Your recipe will be just as sweet, but you may need a little more baking powder to help increase the volume.
    Happy Baking!
