Why not try this mixed fruit jam recipe, its easy to make and it's so tasty, it will leave you wanting to make more!
Soak the dried peaches in 300ml of water for at least 4 hours.
Peel and core the apples and pears and cut into slices. Put in a pan with the peaches and 75ml water.
Cover and simmer gently until tender (approximately 15 minutes).
Add the sugar, stir until dissolved.
Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the apple pectin.
Skim if necessary. Pot and cover in the usual way.
