About the bake

Make the most of seasonal fruit with our apricot jam recipe. Perfect for capturing the full flavour of apricots, make a small batch of jam in just 20 minutes with only three ingredients.

Should you peel apricots for jam?

We don't think there's any need to peel your apricots before you start making your jam, but it all depends on your preferred texture when the jam is done.
