Bite-size peanut butter bites covered in dark chocolate, a lovely little treat that also makes a nice homemade gift. You can buy a pre-made sponge cake to get the cake crumb or even better, make one yourself and crumble it up into crumbs.  

Method

  1. Place the cake crumbs and peanut butter in a bowl and mix well until all the crumbs are absorbed.

  2. Add 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar and mix.

  3. Shape the mixture into bitesize balls.

  4. Dip in the melted chocolate and roll in the crushed peanuts until covered.
