These mini lemon flower tarts are so pretty and easy to make. You can make these really easily using pre-make ingredients lemon curd and puff pastry, or you can make your own from scratch! Method

  1. Step 1:

    Unroll your puff pastry and use a flower cutter to create mini flowers. Place these in a non-stick mini cupcake baking tin and prick with a fork several times. This will prevent the puff pastry from over-rising at the bottom.

  2. Step 2:

    Place a teaspoon of lemon curd within each flower and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

  3. Step 3:

    Once baked. Transfer the mini lemon tarts to a cooling rack and leave to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar for decoration. 

    Storage & Consumption

    Store in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within 3 days.

    • 1 roll Puff pastry
    • 200g Lemon curd
    • 1 tbsp Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
