About the bake
These beautiful lollies have a touch of class about them, with the addition of edible flowers. They make for a grown up treat after a barbecue or something different after a dinner party. Edible flowers are sometimes difficult to get hold of, please do check they are safe to eat before picking any flowers from your garden.
Method
Step 1:
Combine water, rose water and lemon juice.
Step 2:
Add the sugar, sweetening to taste.
Step 3:
Pour the mixture into moulds.
Step 4:
Freeze without sticks and petals for about 1 hour.
Step 5:
Remove from the freezer and add flower petals. Make sure the flowers are scattered throughout the lollies. Add sticks and freeze until solid.
