About our simple Pistachio Ice Cream recipe:
This no-churn pistachio ice cream is so easy to make - and you don't need an ice cream maker.
We've added pistachio nuts to our recipe, but you can get creative and add whichever nutty or sweet ingredients you'd like!
This recipe only takes 10 minutes to put together, and we'd recommend leaving your ice cream mix over night in the freezer before serving.
Method
Step 1
Place 40g of the pistachio nuts into a blender or food processor, and blend until fine. Roughly chop the remaining pistachio nuts.
Step 2
Pour the condensed milk, vanilla bean paste and double cream into a large bowl, and add the finely-ground pistachio nuts. Whisk until thick and quite stiff.
Step 3
Fold in the chopped pistachio nuts, then pour into a freezer-proof container and cover.
Step 4
Place in the freezer overnight before serving.
