You Will Need:
- Plain Flour
- Baking Powder
How to make self-raising flour:
- To make, thoroughly combine the baking powder with the flour by either sifting the 2 ingredients together into a bowl or by whisking them together.
- For every 150g, or 6oz, of plain flour used you need to add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
- Once combinded store in an airtight container and use within 8 weeks.
