Better than my recipes in the bread maker book. Perfect every time

Fantastic I have tried several recipes and they all come out stodgy. This one is light and easy to cut. I recommend taking bread out of bread maker and letting cool down on wire rack for an hour or so before cutting.

    Lovely recipe, consistently good results.
I was about to throw the bread maker away after disappointing results using the manufacturers recipe book.
Last ditch attempt I found this recipe. Brilliant, if only I’d found your recipe sooner. Thank you.

How would you scale this up to a large loaf?

Made this twice now and I am extremely impressed. As a retired chef I thought my own hand bake recipe which is normally excellent would work but this recipe certainly works better for the bread machine. Incidentally I started using the bread machine because of arthritis and would recommend this to other sufferers.

Tried this recipe because of low sugar & salt quantity. A good choice, it made an excellent, full of flavour loaf. I now intend to experiment with different flours.
