    Easy bake is dried yeast...
    ___________________________________________________
Easy Bake Yeast is a form of dried yeast, however it is an instant version that can be added straight in with the other dried ingredients as opposed to the other type of dried yeast that will need to be activated beforehand

Could I use dried active yeast instead as I am struggling to get easy bake yeast?

I stuck to the recipe but proved for 1 hour after mixing, before dividing into individual buns. Absolutely delicious, stunned that they taste and look as good if not better than shop bought.
