Push the boat out this Pancake Day with this indulgent stack of pancakes layered with whipped cream and topped with delicious mixed berry and raspberry Treat sauce.

Method

  1. Mix together the flour, salt, eggs and milk to form a batter and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

  2. Grease a 7" pan lightly with butter. Spoons 2 tablespoons of batter in the pan for each crepe and swirl the pan so that the batter covers the pan. Cook for 1 minute each side.

  3. Transfer to a plate and keep warm while you cook the remaining pancakes.

  4. Once all the pancakes are cooked, whip the cream until thick and layer up the stack of pancakes. Top with mixed berries and drizzle with raspberry Treat sauce.
