Bonfire Night is perfect for toasting marshmallows or making s'mores. Why not try something different this year with these delightful little S'mores Marshmallow Pops. No baking required and really easy to create within minutes. Everyone can get involved making these no matter what their age.

Method

  1. Carefully melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.

    • 150g Dark Chocolate
  2. Dip the end of a cake pop stick into a tiny bit of the melted chocolate then push into the base of the marshmallow. Repeat for all 12 marshmallows.

  3. Dip the top of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate then stand in a cake pop stand or you can use some sugarpaste or plasticine to stand them in.

  4. Next sprinkle some crushed biscuit onto the top. Leave to stand until the chocolate has set, then enjoy.

    • 2 Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)
