Jelly, the staple at every kids party. One of the best bits of a trifle. Jelly can also be sophisticated. Our elderflower jelly is a perfectly delicious grown-up treat. Infuse with alcohol or pair with a creamy panna cotta for a divine dessert.

It looks quite the masterpiece and is a doddle to make. Don’t forget to make room in your fridge first, that's the hardest bit over!
