This peanut butter chocolate bark is such fun to make. It's easy peasy and a great one for the kids to be involved with. We've included our favourite Billington's brownies on the top too cut into small pieces to give a little something extra. The recipe is here if you want to make it.

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Carefully melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.

    • 350g Dark Chocolate
  2. Spread the melted chocolate into a large rectangle on your baking parchment.

  3. In a clean bowl, melt the white chocolate and then stir in the peanut butter.

    • 80g White Chocolate
    • 90g Peanut Butter (We like Proper Nutty)
  4. Put blobs of the peanut butter mixture all over the dark chocolate and then swirl it with a cocktail stick.

  5. Sprinkle over the brownie bits and chill for at least an hour before cutting.
