About the bake
Easy peasy, child friendly and blooming delicious - what more could you want from a recipe? A classic and simple mix of creamy chocolate and Proper Nutty Peanut Butter and voila - a treat the whole family will love.
If that's not enough, elevate your chocolate bark even further with the addition of chunks of our favourite Billington's brownie scattered on top. Just call us 'Bark'ing Mad...
Method
Step 1:
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Carefully melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
Step 2:
Spread the melted chocolate into a large rectangle on your baking parchment.
Step 3:
In a clean bowl, melt the white chocolate and then stir in the peanut butter.
Step 4:
Put blobs of the peanut butter mixture all over the dark chocolate and then swirl it with a cocktail stick.
Step 5:
Sprinkle over the brownie bits and chill for at least an hour before cutting.
