Method
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180˚C (160˚C fan, gas mark 6). Line one muffin tin with 6 paper cases.
Step 2:
Whisk together the eggs and sugars until light and fluffy. Fold in the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 3:
Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes. Stir in the melted butter and honey into the egg mix and spoon into the paper cases.
Step 4:
Bake for about 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool slightly and drizzle with honey to add some extra sweetness.

- 1 tsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 90g Self-raising white flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1pinch Salt

Easy to make, and were lovely and soft and sticky, definitely a Honey Bun worthy of it's recipe title.

These were so simple and delicious!
I did alter the recipe slightly, I used margarine instead of melted butter and I added half a tsp of caramel flavouring.
Recipe sucks had to do 2 batches first batch sunk in the middle, We followed the recipe to what it said
