Ever woken up particularly hungry and in need of something hot and tasty? We hear you. We've come up with the ultimate breakfast... on a pizza! Perfect for a weekend brunch. Top with all your favourite breakfast ingredients, this pizza really is the answer to everything.   [embed][/embed]

  1. MIX Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a big bowl. Mix the water and oil together, then stir in with a cutlery knife.

  2. KNEAD Tip onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes (or use the dough hook on your mixer).

  3. RISE Lightly grease the mixing bowl with some oil. Put the dough back in, cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and leave to rise until doubled in size. Preheat your oven to 240'c (fan 220'c, gas mark 9).

  4. SHAPE Divide the dough into 4 pieces- keep others under the tea towel to stop them drying out. Roll a piece of dough to as thin as you can get it onto a lightly floured surface. Lift carefully onto a floured baking sheet or pizza stone and top with your breakfast ingredients. Bake for 10 minutes.

  5. With 5 minutes left to go, open the oven and half slide the pizza out, crack an egg onto the top in the middle and close the door again. Allow the egg to cook for the last 5 minutes.

This recipe sounds lovely, but how long do you put it in for initially? I know to add the eggs for the last 5 minutes but how long is the total cooking time?

This pizza will take around 10 minutes to bake in the oven.

    Happy Baking!

    Thank you!
