A quick and light dessert.

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over boiling water (making sure that the water isn't touching the bowl).

  2. Once the chocolate has melted, whisk the egg whites until firm.

  3. Pour the egg white mixture into the chocolate, and mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into 4 ceramic cups (or small glasses) and place in the fridge to set.
