Floral Ice Lollies

These beautiful lollies have a touch of class about them, with the addition of edible flowers. They make the ideal treat for kids or adults this Summer.

Method

  1. Combine water, rose water and lemon juice.

  2. Add the sugar, sweetening to taste.

  3. Pour the mixture into moulds.

  4. Freeze without sticks and petals for about 1 hour.

  5. Remove from the freezer and add flower petals. Make sure the flowers are scattered throughout the lollies. Add sticks and freeze until solid.
