Strawberry and custard lollies, a lovely homemade summer treat. Recipe courtesy of Seasonal Berries, the strawberry growers of Britain. Method
Step 1:
Puree the hulled strawberries in a food processor or liquidiser then press through a sieve into a bowl.
Step 2:
Stir in the ready-made custard and mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour into 6 lolly moulds, add lolly sticks and freeze overnight.
Step 4:
To serve, dip moulds briefly in warm water then lift out of the moulds.
