About the bake

What's better than edible cookie dough? We've used an Easter egg as an edible bowl and filled it with our favourite stuff. This treat is a real crowd pleaser for Easter.

Method

  1. Step 1:

Use a mixer to beat together the butter and the sugar. If you don't have a mixer an ordinary hand whisk will work the same.

  2. Step 2:

Next you need to heat treat your flour. Add flour to a dry skillet and toast untill it is a nutty brown colour.

  3. Step 3:

Add the vanilla extract and the heat treated flour. Mix together until the mixtures resembles breadcrumbs.

  4. Step 4:

Add in the chocolate chips and slowly stir in the milk until it forms a dough.

  5. Step 5:

Take your easter egg and make a hole in the top big enough to spoon the cookie dough mixture into. Add your cookie dough and serve!
