<p>- Allow your batter to rest before frying.</p>
<p>- Separate the egg yolk from the white initially. Beat your egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then combine the egg yolks with the rest of your ingredients - gently fold in the whipped egg whites last.</p>
<p>- Don't over-mix your batter, as you'll knock the bubbles out which causes the pancakes to rise. &nbsp;</p>
