If you don't have a mixer an ordinary hand whisk will work the same. Step 2:Next you need to heat treat your flour. Add flour to a dry skillet and toast untill it is a nutty brown colour. Step 3:Add the vanilla extract and the heat treated flour. Mix together until the mixtures resembles breadcrumbs.Step 4:Add in the chocolate chips and slowly stir in the milk until it forms a dough. Step 5:Take your easter egg and make a hole in the top big enough to spoon the cookie dough mixture into.
