We've created a special buttercream recipe especially for Easter. Inspired by the classic hot cross bun, this buttercream contains orange rind and all spice to give it that extra tasty punch. Use it for cupcakes, cakes or sandwich between cookies- the sky is the limit.
Beat everything together in a bowl until creamy and pale.
Orange Blossom Water (We like Nielsen-Massey)
100g Cream Cheese (Full Fat)
100g Icing Sugar (We like Silver Spoon)
50g Butter (Unsalted)
1 tsp Mixed Spice
